That's great Arto, love the second pic you took to see how perfect the painting blends into the scene.
What color palette do you use?

Thanks ShannonAnn and Erik!
My full palette consists of the following colors (all Rembrandt except white and Terra rosa):

Titanium White (Maimeri Artisti)
Cadmium yellow lemon
Cadmium yellow medium
Cadmium orange
Raw sienna
Permanent red Medium
Permanent madder Medium
Terra Rosa (W&N)
Transp. oxide brown
Viridian
Ultramarine Deep
Cobalt blue Light
Ivory black

I haven't used the full palette in a long time. I've been experimenting with a limited palette lately, for example some of the winter paintings were done only with White, Cad. yellow med., Perm.red.med, Ultr.deep and black.

For this painting I used:
White
Cad. Lemon
Cad Yellow med.
Raw sienna
Perm. red med.
Transp. oxide brown
Ultramarine deep
Cobalt blue light
Ivory Black

Top form Arto. The picture disappears into the scene in a painterly way, great stuff.
